SHIPPING POLICY
After your order is placed and payment has been finalized your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Typically allow up to 1-3 business days for shipping to arrive at your location provided.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 24hrs of when your order was placed by contacting us via e-mail at [email protected] . Upon Receipt of your notification to cancel a reply email will be sent conforming your cancellation or status of your order. Any order that has already been shipped before cancellation notice will be treated as a return.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Jack and Jill of all Trades simply return the item(s) to us unused and in the condition you received them within 5 days after you have received your purchase for a full return. A full return will be completed once the item has been received and inspected. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If product is not in same condition when it left a stocking fee will be charged of 20%. In the event of an exchange the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
BE ADVISED
Any personalized merchandise cannot be returned.
Once an item has been confirmed delivered by the shipping agency it is the personal property of that customer. Therefore, if in the event that you decide to return an item it is highly recommended that you purchase tracking and conformation for you property.
SIZES
Many of the products sold by Jack and Jill have limited sizes and will not always accommodate you or your pet . These items that have specific sizes are bought in the discretion of the customer. If you are unsure of the size of a product offered please feel free to ask for the products exact dimensions. If a product is purchased and it does not fit, the item will be treated as a return.
